SEAR Therapy Group

People who have endured emotional abuse often experience feelings of isolation, self-doubt, and shame. This group creates a safe space to build community while improving skills such as self-compassion and boundary setting. SEAR is a closed group, and we will respect each member’s confidentiality during their growth and sharing. (You can find more potential benefits of group therapy here.)

In SEAR, we will use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques to address the complexities survivors face while offering empathy and support. We will cover a variety of topics over our six weeks together including: identity, healing from trauma, empowering self-worth, boundaries, assertiveness, and more. I look forward to celebrating your continued growth!

WHEN: Six sessions held on Tuesday evenings. July 25-August 29 from 7:30-8:30pm

WHERE: Gage Counseling & Consulting office in Wexford.

COST: Group therapy is covered by many insurance companies! The out of pocket cost is $30 per session.

Submit the form below to begin the registration process. I will contact you soon to discuss any questions you have and determine whether this group might serve you well this summer!
